Account Manager - Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS)

The Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing services and a proven track record of managing client accounts effectively. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Understanding Client Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements, objectives, and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies in all client interactions and project executions.

  • Proven experience in account management.
